Abdule and the installation team at TuffPaw Air completed a heating and cooling installation in Fort Worth, TX. One of our members called us and let us know that his system was not cooling properly. We quickly arrived at the home the same day the service call was placed and noticed the compressor was burnt and the breaker was tripped. The system was R-410 and over 15 years old. Abdule presented the option of replacing the compressor or replacing the system. With the compressor being out, we explained the possibility of running into more repairs in the near future. Our customer understood that a full replacement made the most sense. We presented all our equipment options and the customer chose to go with a Goodman 15 SEER Heat Pump.

During installation day, we kept the customer informed every step of the way, and once the system was completed, Abdule tested the equipment and showed the customer the features the new system has.
